Enjoying the Annual Summer BBQ
The Annual July BBQ, blessed with no trace of rain, enticed out a record number of residents and friends gathering to fill the air with meaty and sausage smells: OK there was veg too! People do excel themselves with their picnics, and the music and dancing made for a lovely evening
Joining forces for our Summer BBQ is always a happy and social occasion. This year it was on Saturday the 1st July when we came together in small and large groups to socialise with neighbours, dance to the disco and enjoy the ambience of our garden Square. The ECSRA committee members and volunteers lit four central BBQ’s for all to share, set up bunting and lighting and a marque to house the music equipment from the DJ Infinity, which provided great music for four hours. Happy times!
