The Dynasty Bar was a new location for our ECSRA members evening. This year a Japanese theme was chosen. So, the country flags went up along with Japanese lanterns and a pretty backdrop of a countryside with the iconic traditional Japanese cherry blossom, renowned for its beautiful blooms that played centre stage.

We met with a number of new faces and those who have been in the Square an age who ventured out to enjoy the evening.

Denis Rigby said ‘As a newcomer to ECSRA the Japanese themed evening at Dynasty Bar was a wonderful welcome! It was pleasure meeting and chatting to people.’
The food was enjoyed with Nadia doing a deal with a sushi place, plus an abundance of tempura prawns and Japanese gyoza was handed around. There was a stash of chilled Japanese Saki behind the bar for the more adventurous drinking pallets, Asahi lager and wine for coifing.
A good evening for people to know each other a little more and of course those who love to dress up. Magda always wins the prize, looking stunning in her kimomo dress!

Our thanks to the ECSRA committee for putting on this community event and a special thanks to team Dynasty.
